OUR PROPOSAL

The work is done.
Payday is still ahead.

BeezZ is being designed to give employees access to part of the pay they have already earned, when they need it. For your business, it is an additional benefit linked to work already completed.

How we are designing it

01

Earned Wage Engine

Calculating the available amount

It will calculate the available amount from employment and payroll data, accounting for deductions, previous payments and pending adjustments, with a safety margin.

02

Reconciliation Engine

Matching payments to payroll

It will match early payments against final payroll and flag any discrepancies for review.

The operating model is undergoing regulatory and technical validation. Final partnership terms have not yet been confirmed.

How it works

How it will work

From activating your account to your next payday, in four steps.

1

Your employer enables access

Your employer joins the service and connects the required employment and payroll information.

2

See what you have earned

The amount you can request is calculated from the work you have completed.

3

Choose and receive

Choose an amount within your available limit, check the fee and request payment to your account.

4

On payday

The requested amount is accounted for in payroll and the remainder of your salary is paid, under the programme terms.

Calculator

Calculate your earned wages

Adjust your salary and days worked to see your earned wages. This is an illustrative calculation.

Payment request€150.00
Separate service fee (incl. VAT)€1.12
Amount received€150.00

You automatically pay the mandatory service fee to BeezZ in a separate transaction. You receive the full amount requested.
